Software Developer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the LUPR software by implementing new features and improving existing functionality.
- Lead software releases to ensure seamless deployment in alignment with evolving business and system requirements.
- Evaluate customer data for optimal configuration and application setup.
- Deploy the LUPR application in various customer environments and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to discuss proposals, resolve technical issues, and report on project status.
- Create and maintain test scripts, validation procedures, and documentation for software quality assurance.
- Generate customized reports and dashboards to meet customer needs.
- Train users on the effective use of the LUPR application.
- Supervise interns or consultants as needed.
Requirements:
- Position requires a Master & degree or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or related field and 12 months of progressive experience in Salesforce software development or a related role.
- Requires 12 months experience with each of the following: Apex Programming; Visualforce; Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL; Salesforce Data Modeling and API Integration; Salesforce Security & Automation Tools; Experience with version control systems; Familiarity with development and deployment tools; Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification.
- Rate of pay: $123,656 per year.
- Telecommuting or working from home-based office permitted in accordance to company policies.
- Benefits: Paid sick leave, paid vacation, health insurance (Blue Cross Gold HMO plan), and an option to purchase 60,000 shares of Restricted Stock Common Stock in LUPR.
